TERMS OF USE

All digital products from Goldwasser.art are the exclusive work of the Goldwasser artist.

You can create digital graphic products with items from the store, but you must comply with all TERMS OF USE and LICENSE POLICY of this site.

It is strictly prohibited to post PSD/PNG/ZIP files in the public domain, share with anyone or on publicly accessible online resources and in sharing groups.

There are the following types of products:

PU tubes, R4R tubes, CU/PU tubes and CU/PU elements, AI kits.

They have different specifications and terms of use that apply to the product. Digital products are delivered in a ZIP-archive, which may contain the following file formats: PSD, PNG, JPG, TXT.
Please read the license types carefully, by purchasing them you agree to these terms of use.
All prices are in USD.

PU Tubes

PU tubes license is the license intended for PERSONAL USE ONLY.

Each PU tube can be purchased in two types of licenses:

Archive with a multilayered PSD file ranging in size from 2000 to 3000 pixels and a resolution of 300 ppi with the ability to recolor and change the composition
Archive with PNG files (characters on a transparent background) ranging in size from 1500 to 2000 pixels and a resolution of 300 ppi

Both types of products are subject to the same terms of use.

YOU CAN:

You can use the tube to making tag, timeline design, gifs, tutorials, etc., which should be not for commercial use.

YOU CANNOT:

You cannot resell tubes in any form;
You cannot share PSD/PNG/ZIP files with someone else or in public online resources;
You cannot use the tubes for any commercial activity.

You should add copyright info to any designs with tubes. It should include artist name © Goldwasser, website URL and your nickname. Like this form:

R4R

A Resale for Resale license is intended for use a product for commercial purposes such as reselling it on other resources with the preservation of copyright and compliance with all appropriate terms of use. Files contains archive with a multilayered PSD file ranging in size from 2000 to 3000 pixels and a resolution of 300 ppi. Produced in limited edition.

YOU CAN:

You can sell it as CU/PU;
You can add it in your kits (If you add a tube to a kit containing AI elements, add a caption in the description the tube is not an AI product and copyright © Goldwasser for it);
You can use the tube to making tag, timeline design, gifs, tutorials, etc.;
You can create your own tube color and composition;
If there are any bonus items in the tube, you can sell them separately or combine them with other sets;
You may use these products for making physical merchandise or prints.

YOU CANNOT:

You cannot share PSD/PNG/ZIP files with someone else or in public online resources;
You cannot place tubes in free kits;
You cannot sell PSD template with layers for repainting, you can resell R4R tubes only in merged and flattened format (PNG or JPEG);
You cannot replace the tube's face, hairstyle, clothing, accessories, skin color, or other important items that could drastically change the tube's appearance and question the artist's authorship.

After a month has passed since the sale of the product in PSD file format as R4R, the product will be added to the CU/PU section in PNG format.

CU/PU

The CU/PU tubes and CU/PU elements in this section can be use as CU elements in PU scrapkits (like the matching kits you make for tubes) or for personal use. The file contains an archive with a multilayered PSD file or PNG files ranging in size from 2000 to 3000 pixels and a resolution of 300 ppi.

YOU CAN:

You can use these products for PU;
You can use these products as PU elements in your kits (no more than 50% of the kit);
If you add CU/PU tube to a kit containing AI elements, add a caption in the description the tube is not an AI product and copyright © Goldwasser for it;
You can change this product to your taste: make own color and composition variants (when the file is in PSD format);
You can use these products to create tags, cards, clusters, timeline sets, or other types of digital scrapbooking.

YOU CANNOT:

You cannot sell PSD template, only PNG format;
You cannot resell it as R4R;
You cannot share PSD/PNG/ZIP files with someone else or in public online resources;
You may not use these products to make paper products or prints for commercial use.

AI Kits

There are two types of licenses available for AI products: for personal use and CU/PU.

The files contains an archive with PNG files ranging in size from 1000 to 2000 pixels and a resolution of 300 ppi.

PU AI KITS

The PU license for AI kits is for perdonal use only.

YOU CAN:

You can use the kit to making tag, timeline design, gifs, tutorials, etc., which should be not for commercial use.

YOU CANNOT:

You cannot resell kit or elements from kit in any form;
You cannot share PNG/ZIP files with someone else or in public online resources;
You cannot use the kit for any commercial activity.

CU/PU AI KITS

The CU/PU kits can be use as CU elements in PU scrapkits (like the matching kits you make for tubes) or for personal use.

YOU CAN:

You can use these products for PU;
You can use these products as PU elements in your kits (no more than 50% of the kit);
You can use these products to create tags, cards, clusters, timeline sets, or other types of digital scrapbooking.

YOU CANNOT:

You cannot resell it as R4R;
You cannot share PNG/ZIP files with someone else or in public online resources;
You may not use these products to make paper products or prints for commercial use.

All products in AI kits section are generated by Artificial Intelligence according to my design and request, processed, colored by me. The direct owner of the image rights is Midjourney, I am the owner of the product. I have a paid subscription to Midjourney which entitles me to commercial and any other use of the images. Thus, you can legally and safely use the products within the scope of the license I grant.
